Product Description
Medic is a highly effective water conditioner used to de-pollute water in both marine and freshwater environments. It contains a reef-safe oxidizing agent and is particularly effective against Marine Ich - Crytopocaryon Irritant as well as others.
Features
Completely reef-safe
Buffered to maintain physiological pH
Does not harm invertebrates
Does not harm nitrifying bacteria
Completely reef-safe, Bufferded to maintain physiological pH. Does not harm invertebrates and does not harm nitrifying bacteria. Many external fish parasites have very similar life cycles. In particular, these parasites have an "attached stage (trophonts), a "matured" stage (protomonts, a "reproductive" stage (tomonts), and a "free-swimming" stage (theronts/dinospores).
HOW MEDIC WORKS:
Most available Products do not target the free-swimming stage of the parasite which is one of the primarily difficulties in dealing with these problems. Research with dilated protozoans has shown that the "free-swimming" stage of parasites have remarkably consistent hatching times. Our conditioner targets the trophont stage of the parasite but is also disrupting the life cycle during the "free-swimming timeframe - when the oxidative component in the conditioner is particularly effective against theronts/dinospores.
DIRECTIONS:
For in tank treatment: Use one level scoop of Medic for every 190L (50 Gallons) of your system volume twice per day For serious problems use (3) level scoop for every 190L (50 Gallons) of your system volume. Add once in the morning, and once in the evening. Continue to Add for 10 days up to a maximum of 20 days.
Note: Ozone and carbon must not be used during the treatment. Protein skimmers can be run as as normal. UV filter can be used one hour after dosing. The problem may seem to disappear when white specks are no longer visible on the fish. This is merely part of the natural cycle of the parasite and you must continue adding the product for the minimum entire course (10 days). Once complete, run granular activated carbon for 2 or 3 days.

Meet the new 4-part Complete Reef Care, providing hobbyists with more convenience at no extra cost, and ensuring optimal coral growth and vivid colors with only one test per week!
Our long-term research has revealed that in most reef systems without refugium, the Major, Minor, and Trace elements and even the Alkalinity components are used up in a relatively fixed ratio.Since Calcium is the key indicator of coral growth, the 4-part program revolves around a single weekly measurement of Calcium, which determines the dosages of all 4 parts. The new Complete Reef Care is available in 3 sizes, to fit all system sizes. It is formulated so all 4 parts are used up at the same time, and if supplemented via Red Sea’s ReefDose, the hobbyist needs only to set their Calcium dose and ReefDose does the rest, which is super convenient.
The new Complete Reef Care is chemically identical to our original 7-part program and provides the same great results, however, systems with refugium should use Red Sea’s 7-part RCP to properly maintain all elements.

Red Sea's Coral Colors ABCD Provides the 31 minor and trace elements required by corals:
A – Halogens (I2, Br2, F2)
B – Potassium & Boron
C – Fe & 7 Complementary Metals
D – 18 Bioactive Trace Elements
Coral Colors A, B, C & D supplements contain the 31 minor and trace elements present in the skeleton and soft tissue of all corals.
The elements in each supplement are related by their biological function and are associated with the production of specific color pigments (Pink, Red, Green/Yellow and Purple/Blue) in the soft tissue of stony corals. All 31 elements are required by all stony corals irrespective of the actual color the coral displays.
For best results in displaying coral colors use Red Sea’s NO3: PO4-X as part of the complete Reef Care Program.
Concentration
Coral Colors A, B, C & D should only be dosed according to a measured requirement of the aquarium.
Package size/volume:
4×100 ml (3.38 fl. Oz.)
Product Description
Coral Color A: A complex of halogens (Iodine, Bromine and Fluorine). The halogens act both as antioxidants and oxidative agents within the soft tissue and mucus layer of corals, reducing the possibility of coral bleaching. In active reef systems, these elements are depleted quickly due to their high oxidative abilities and reactivity with organic materials. Iodine and bromine are related to the pink chromo-protein (pocciloporin)
Product Description
Coral Color B: A complex of Potassium and Boron. Potassium plays an essential role in the transportation of coral nutrients within the soft tissue (including the nutrients provided by the Zooxanthellae). Potassium and Boron significantly affect the alkalinity of a coral’s soft tissue and the formation of aragonite in its skeleton. Potassium is related to the red chromo-proteins.
Product Description
Coral Color C: A complex of 8 “light” metals that includes Iron, Manganese, Cobalt, Copper, Aluminum, Zinc, Chrome and Nickel. These micro-elements are essential to many bio-chemical metabolic processes, including respiration, production of energy, chlorophyll and photosynthetic catalysts. C elements are related to the green/yellow chromo-proteins. IRON+ Supplement is part of the complete range of complementary major, minor and trace element complexes which together provide the needs for coral growth.
Product Description
Coral Color D: A complex of 18 trace elements. These 18 elements (out of all the trace elements in NSW) participate in the metabolic processes inside a coral’s skeleton and soft tissue. D elements are related to the blue/purplechromo-proteins.

DipX is a highly effective dip for safely introducing new corals and live rocks to your aquarium.
A simple 15-minute bath in DipX before placing a new coral in the aquarium will drive away unwanted “hitchhikers”, thereby maintaining the safety of your reef.
Features
Safe for all kinds of corals: SPS, LPS and Soft corals, Zoanthids, mushroom anemones (Discosoma and Ricordea) and live rocks.
Effectively drives away Acropora eating flatworm, Montipora eating nudibranch, Acropora Red Bug and other coral “hitchhikers”.
Slows down RTN and STN (external bath only).
Free of inorganic elements such as potassium iodide or bromide.
Easy to use, reliable and cost-effective
New corals often come with unwanted “hitchhikers” hidden deep inside the corals’ crevices. These various tiny creatures are usually invisible to the naked eye, and once in the aquarium, they can migrate to other corals and damage your delicate reef eco-system.
Over the years, reef hobbyists have used generic baths solutions such as fresh water, Iodine, and even household disinfectants, all of which repel some of the hitchhikers, but not all of them.
For the past few years, we have been cultivating tanks with infested corals and comparing a wide range of commercially available dips and other repelling ingredients, examining both their effectiveness and their overall safety for the corals.
The result is DipX – a unique blend of essential oils, without inorganic disinfectants. Our tests have shown that DipX is completely safe for all kinds of corals and more effective than any other solution we tested.
Corals that were bathed in DipX still repelled unwanted “hitchhikers”, even though they were previously dipped in other solutions On the other hand, corals that were dipped in other solutions after they were bathed in DipX did not repel anything.
Why corals need to be dipped
There are no viable methods for removing specific opportunistic dwellers from an established reef aquarium.
While not all of the incidental hitchhikers are necessarily bad for an artificial reef, some of them quickly become unwelcome guests and therefore it is highly recommended to go with a “better safe than sorry” policy and try to prevent them from getting in. If, however they are already in the system, affected corals and rocks will need to be removed and dealt with one at a time.
Carefully inspecting corals should be part of the regular husbandry routine for a reef aquarium so that any signs of soft tissue damage or discoloration can be identified and investigated as soon as possible. Early detection of the presence of hitchhikers is the most effective way of preventing an uncontrolled outbreak that can potentially harm the entire reef.
Notes for use
Pour DipX into an empty container. Verify the container is both clean and dry beforehand.
Use 10 ml of DipX (diluted 1:100 with aquarium water) to prepare 1L/0.26gallons of bath mix.
Place your new coral or live rock in the container for no more than 15 minutes.
Bath solution can be reused for up to four batches of corals/rocks but should be discarded within 2 hours from preparation.

Red Sea’s Reef Foundation ABC+ is a uniquely formulated powder supplement containing all of the elements of Foundation A, B & C, plus Red Sea’s Coral Colors A & B (potassium, boron, iodine & bromine) formulated in the exact ratio as found in the coral skeleton.
Uniquely formulated powder supplement containing all of the elements of Foundation A, B & C, Plus Red Sea’s Coral Colors A & B
Ca | Sr | KH | Mg | K | Br | I
Reef Foundation ABC+ is a blend of all of the corals foundation elements of coral skeletons: Calcium, magnesium, strontium & carbonate, with the addition of potassium, bromine and iodine in the unique ratio required by corals.
All of these elements need to be available in balanced proportions for positive coral health and growth.
Although there are slight differences between the coral species, the mean ratio between these elements is fairly constant. Supplementing all of these elements in a fixed ratio according to the uptake of calcium will ensure an accurate replenishment based on the metabolic demands of the corals.
Reef Foundation ABC+ should be dosed on a daily or weekly basis according to the aquarium type and according to a measured uptake of calcium. Over time an imbalance may occur between the foundation elements.
If dosing daily, you should test all of the foundation elements weekly and make adjustments with the individual A, B & C supplements. If dosing weekly you should test all of the foundation elements monthly and make adjustments with the individual A, B & C supplements.
Concentration:
1g will raise the Ca level of 100 liters (25 gal) by 1.5ppm
