Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. At our discretion, we may offer store credit or exchange where:
* The item is unused and in original condition
* The request is made within 14 days of delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
* Clear photos or videos of the issue
* A description of the problem
We will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in line with ACL.
Remedies
If a product is confirmed to have a **minor issue**, we may offer:
* Repair
* Replacement
* Partial refund
If a product is confirmed to have a **major failure**, you are entitled to:
* A full refund, or
* Replacement
Return Shipping
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
If no fault is found after assessment, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Notes
* Claims must be supported by sufficient evidence for assessment
* We are unable to process refunds or replacements without verification of the issue
* We do not accept liability for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
*To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
* Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
