Product Description
Specially selected blend of zeolites particularly recommended in tanks with plentiful livestock and or ULNS tanks. Due to carefully designed composition, Zeo Mix is a comprehensive, multifunctional filtration media. Zeo Mix perfectly absorbs ammonia and ammonium ions in the initial phase thus inhibiting the increase of nitrate concentrations. In addition, it bonds phenols and heavy metals. Zeo Mix is especially recommended to demanding marine tanks.
Dosage: 100 ml per 100 l of water in the aquarium. Before using Zeo Mix, we recommend rinsing it in RODI water. It can be used in a media reactor as well as in a filter mesh bag or sock. Zeolites do not require shaking – they can be placed in a fluidised filter. The recommended flow through the bed is 300-500 l/h. Zeo Mix should be replaced every 6 weeks. Zeo Mix does not lower the potassium level in the water. Because of very high adsorption capabilities of zeolites, Zeo Mix should only be used in reef tank by experienced aquarists.

Phosphate is a breeding ground for the growth of undesired algae, so it is very important to constantly monitor its concentration in marine tanks. In addition, a high concentration of phosphate may be harmful to corals. Phosphate levels in the marine aquarium should not exceed 0.02 mg/l (ppm). This Test Kit contains sufficient reagents to perform 40 tests of phosphate concentration.

Due to the unique technology Phosphate Minus effectively reduces phosphate and silicate levels in marine aquariums. Its adsorbing capabilities allow bonding large amounts of phosphate without negative influence on the aquarium inhabitants.
Phosphate Minus is highly recommended both in new and in matured aquariums. In freshly set aquariums it prevents occurring high phosphate levels and in matured aquariums it reduces PO4 levels and stabilizes water chemistry. A fluidising reactor, intended for use with different types of filter media, It works perfectly as a reactor for Phosphate Absorbers, Activated Carbon and Zeolites. Thanks to the compact dimensions, it can be used both internally in the sump or externally. The Reactor is made entirely from high quality – 100% acrylic, making it resistant to damage and discolouration. We used a silicone seal which protects the filter against leakage. Inside the filter are sponges with a special fixture to prevent deformation of the internal sponge – it prevents also the passage of filter medium outside the filter housing (important in the case of resins or absorbers – like GFO). Important thing is also that our media reactors are very solid and nicely made. We recommend the use of 3 Aquaforest Media, Zeo Mix, Carbon and Phosphate Minus in combination.

Due to its unique chemical properties it has significant impact on seawater buffering capacity, and also prevents excessive precipitation of calcium carbonate on aquarium equipment.
Adequate level of Magnesium is crucial in maintaining proper Calcium and Alkalinity balance in reef aquaria.
Mg levels should be analysed regularly, together with other critical water parameters like Calcium and Alkalinity.
The concentration of Magnesium in natural seawater is between 1260-1460 mg/l (ppm). Test Kit contains sufficient reagents to perform approx.
55-60 separate tests within that range.

The product is also an excellent complement an algae refugium and DSB.
We recommend that you use it a minimum of once a week, adding 10 ml/100 L (27 US gal) aquarium. To ensure that corals permanent access to the minerals dose in a high flow water, it contains valuable minerals and nutrients are permanently released into the aquarium. After dosing, the water will become cloudy, this is perfectly normal and not harmful for the tank inhabitants. Due to its natural origin, the product may contain pieces of coral reef, small rocks and other matter from the natural environment.

Life Bio Fil is a natural biological filter medium. Selected strains of bacteria soothes maturation through aid of nitrification process. The filling increases filtration efficiency in existing aquariums and is an excellent filter media for newly estabilish ones. The main advantage is live bacteria as an ingredient of Life Bio Fill. This means that product works immediately and there is no need to wait until the inhabitation of bacteria.
Life bio fil should be placed in the sump in a good water flow. 1000 ml (33.81 fl oz) medium should be used in an aquarium with a capacity of 400L(105 US gal.) We recommend to replace 10 % – 20 % of the filling every 6 weeks.
