About ADA Amazonia: It contains plenty of organic acids and nutrients which encourage plants root growth, and provides a perfect substrate system for aquatic plants when used with ADA's POWER SAND. The Powder type Aqua Soil is recommended for small aquariums or for spreading lightly over the Normal type Aqua Soil to create an attractive look and make planting of carpeting plants easier.
New Amazonia is an improved Amazonia substrate, which combines positive characteristics of Amazonia I and Amazonia II. It was designed to create the image of Amazonia depicting the fertile South American rainforest with the dynamic alternation of rainy and dry seasons.
New Amazonia is rich in organic substances that makes it ideal for keeping freshwater shrimps in healthy conditions and optimal growth of plants. Its granules are hard to crumble, which prevents water colouring and cloudiness.
Use only a thin layer of Powder type Aqua Soil on top of Normal type Aqua Soil. About 1/2 inch should be sufficient, more than 1 inch will likely cause problems - excessive dust when replanting plants, restricted water circulation through the substrate.

Instructions
Add 1 ml. per 10 gallons of aquarium water. Water will clear within several hours. If second dose is necessary, wait 24 hours.

API ALGAEFIX algae control effectively controls many types of algae in aquariums and will not harm to your fish or plants when used as directed. You can use ALGAEFIX algae control as part of your aquarium maintenance routine to control the formation of new algae. Weekly doses will control algae growth and reduce aquarium maintenance. CAUTION: Do not use with freshwater crustaceans including shrimp, crabs, and lobsters.
Add 1 ml. for each 10 gallons or 5 ml. for each 50 gallons of aquarium water. Repeat dose every three days until algae is controlled. Siphon or scrape any dead algae from aquarium. Once algae growth is under control, add one dose per week. Weekly doses will control algae growth and reduce aquarium maintenance.
