listings have been inspected by our returns department.  We won't sell an open box item if it's junk.  We only sell products we would use ourselves.  This is a great way to save money on some Higher End Price Controlled MAP brands that never go on sale.  Most of the products we sell have been returned by consumers, used in a video/demo/trade show.
